The Kamado Joe Classic III comes standard with the revolutionary SloRoller Hyperbolic Smoke Chamber for perfect low temperature cooking. The SloRoller spreads smoke and heat in circulating waves. This means that the food is surrounded by clouds of delicious smoke and cooks with even heat. This gives the food a richer taste and considerably less heat spots. You will also receive the new 3-tier Divide & Conquer® flexible cooking system. This height-adjustable system with semicircular grids ensures that you have twice as much space on the grill! It also gives you the opportunity to prepare different types of food at different heights.
This ceramic barbecue is equipped with a Kontrol Tower Top Vent, made of aluminum (and therefore rust resistant). This patented and rain-resistant air control vent is precisely adjustable for a constant air supply. The Air Lift Hinge ensures that you have to lift 96% less weight when opening the lid. Easy as one, two, three.
