Our new Prime grills are even smarter and stronger built. The 12V design with direct power ensures better tempo control, lower fuel consumption of the pellets and a faster start! Thanks to the micro adjustment in the fan and the variable speed auger motor, you can keep the grill temperatures more consistent. With the grill and pellet viewing windows, you can keep an eye on the food without letting the smoke escape and you can also keep an eye on the pellet stock.
The lid is fitted with a point so there is room for standing chickens, turkey and rib racks. This pellet smoker is also equipped with a Sense-Mate, a thermal sensor that constantly monitors the ambient temperature. When the weather gets colder, the sensor activates and sets the grill in turbo mode, so you don't have to wait long for the grill to warm up! The smoker has a temperature range, from 66 to 290 degrees. And with the Grill Grate grids up to 350 degrees.
Other features include a fan, which creates overpressure in the pellet hopper and therefore prevents back burning in the supply pipe, a Fan-mode which blows the ash out of the fire after you have finished grilling. Standard with fixed table, ash extraction port, adjustable firebox for cooking in 2 zones. Ventilation mode for cold smoking.

How it works:
A motor rotates the auger, which then feeds the hardwood pellets into the burner. There, a glow stick automatically ignites the pellets, and a combustion fan underneath the burner ensures that they continue to burn. Ventilation openings vertically along the inside of the burner create a circular air flow. A fan in the pellet hopper creates a positive pressure which prevents back burning in the supply pipe. When these two air streams meet, they create the ultimate wood-fired fire and spread the aroma of the pure smoky taste of hardwood.
