Finnwerk Fire Bowl 80 and Flammlachs Smoke Board
Using the stainless steel herringbone (cut into one piece, dishwasher safe), the fish can easily be mounted on the birch plate to be prepared by the fire in a traditional Finnish way. The supplied holder is simply placed on the edge of the grill or the fire bowl. The prepared fish board is then pushed into the holder and fixed in the desired angle. The fish is then exposed on the plate to the heat of the fire. It takes about 45-60 minutes before the fish boils.
With the right grid, the fire bowl is also suitable for the preparation of meat and vegetables. And if it gets colder at a late hour, you can easily turn the fire bowl into a cozy and warm campfire.
