Lambert's Sweet Brine o'Mine World Champion Pork Injection 14oz
The Pork Injection is used by World Champion BBQ Team Sweet Swine O 'Mine. This injection is mixed with water and used to inject the pork or chicken. In 2015 it took 2nd place in Memphis and 1st place at the World Food Championship.
Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce [Vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Salt Caramel Color (Contains Sulphites), Garlic, Sucrose, Spices, Tamarind, Natural Flavor and Maltodextrin] Maltodextrin, Soy Sauce Powder [Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt) Maltodextrin and salt], sodium phosphate, paprika (color), dried garlic and onion, spices such as chili pepper, natural apricot flavor, monosodium glutamate, sodium diacetate, celery seed, citric acid and no more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
