Series 1893 Damask set 3 pieces. Made from 67 layers of stainless steel (FD VG 10-33) not only the blade but also the head and the end cap are made of the finest Damask steel. Due to the different metal gradient, each knife is a unique piece. Unique techniques have also been used to develop the handle, which is one of the reasons why the knives feel perfect.
