Jeroen Hazebroek is a barbecue cook and cooks on an open fire from an early age. In 2006 he came into contact with the kamado and since 2007 he owns the company Het Kookvuur, which is engaged in catering, demonstrations and workshops. Leonard Elenbaas is chef and owner of restaurant Pure Passie in 's Gravezande and cooks almost daily with a kamado in his restaurant kitchen.
