Product description

FAB C-Dark 16oz / 453 grams

It is not a rub. It is not a spice. It's not a flavor at all ... it's FAB!

Store in a cool, dry place.

FAB C-Dark Injection Meat Enhancer improves the taste, texture, moisture content and yield of meat so that it tastes the way you remember! Great for chicken and turkey thighs, as well as wild meat.

FAB C-Dark PROCEDURES:
Mix about 1 cup (ie 139 g) of FAB with ~ 1 quart (ie 946 g or 32 fl oz.) Of water or other liquid until slightly thickened (should resemble a thin gravy).
Do not add artificial chicken flavorings or bases.
Inject at least 10% of the total raw meat weight, approximately two liquid grams per 450 grams of raw meat.
Soak or marinate under cooling for up to 36 hours.

IMPORTANT: Marinate for a minimum of 8 hours, turning or winding occasionally.

Ingredients: Hydrolyzed soy protein; partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil; sodium phosphates; monosodium glutamate; automatically laminated yeast extract; disodium aluminosinate and guanylate; salt, citric acid, sucrose.
