Simply put, FAB makes meat taste the way it should, like in the old days ... but FAB has more to offer than taste. FAB also improves the texture of meat, making it juicier, more tender and easier to cut. FAB also increases the yield by as much as 10% or more. By helping to preserve the natural juices of meat, FAB locks the taste.
FAB Meat Enhancer improves the taste, texture, moisture content and yield of meat, so that it tastes the way you remember! Very suitable for all cuts and types, especially roasted and roasted meat. 450 grams of FAB is enough for about 3-5 briquettes.
FAB PROCEDURES:
Mix about 1 cup (ie 139 g or 4.9 oz) of FAB with ~ 2 to 4 cups (ie 454 g or 15.3 fl oz.) Of water or fruit juice until slightly thickened (should look like a thin gravy).
Inject at least 10% of the total raw meat weight, approximately two grams of liquid meat per 450 grams of raw meat, at 2 to 3 inch intervals over the surface of the meat.
IMPORTANT: Marinate for at least 4 hours, turn occasionally, bend and massage the cut meat.
Ingredients: hydrolyzed soy protein, partially hydrogenated soy, cottonseed oil, sodium phosphates, monosodium glutamate, autolyzed yeast extract, disodium inosinate and guanylate, xanthan gum.
