Forged Churrasco Flambadou Cast iron
The cast iron cone is used to heat fat and butter, among other things. The Forged flambadou from the Churrasco series can be hung over the fire or you put it in the barbecue to make it as hot as possible. The fat drips down so that the meat becomes and remains very juicy and the outside gets a nice brown color. The flambadou is at its best when it glows red and then you put a piece of bacon in it.
The Forged Churrasco is not dishwasher safe.
