For the last 3 years, pitmaster Remko Winkelaar of T-Rex Restaurant BBQ & Smokehouse has been using this Spicemix at major national and international barbecue competitions.
Want to make this hamburger yourself? Mix 35 to 40 grams of Spicemix with 1 kilo of minced beef (VV122), form 8 nice burgers and fry them together with a lump of croma in a Windmill Skillet until golden brown to a core of 55 degrees (medium-done). Place them on a soft bun and top them with lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion and one of our Burger Sauces.
