The PK stainless steel charcoal grate is made of 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel 304 is of higher quality and higher cost (than the most common 430 stainless steel).
This unique grid replaces the steel stock grid and contains heavier wire thicknesses. Anyone who has a classic PK Grill & Smoker after 1997 wants to upgrade to this sustainable grill. The stainless steel hinge grille fits every Original PK produced since 1997. For older (or unknown) year models, check that the inside of your grill fits properly.
