The Texan Chili
THE TEXAN - Chile
- 500 grams of beef ribs
- 1 can of tomato puree (large)
- 1 can of beans (kidney or white beans)
- 1 bell pepper (red)
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of coffee
- Frontier Cooking 'The Texan' spices
Step 1: Cut the vegetables and meat into cubes.
Step 2: Go, Go, Go, Fire Up The DO! Roast the meat in your DO.
Step 3 : Add the vegetables and let them fry, then add the coffee.
Step 4: Add the tomato puree and the “Texan” herbs, add as much water as the tomato puree and let it simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 5: Add the beans and let everything simmer until the meat is cooked.
Step 6: Spoon the chili and possibly serve rice with it.
