The Texan - Chili Dogs
- 500 gr minced meat
- 1 onion
- Tomato puree (small can)
- 50 gr of "The Texan" herbs
- 100 ml of water
- 10 hot dogs
- 10 sandwiches
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Relish (optional)
Step 1: Go, Go, Go, fire up your starter.
Step 2: Grab a skillet with a dash of oil and fry the onion.
Step 3: Add the minced meat and fry it loose, add the tomato puree.
Step 4: Add the herbs together with the water and wait until the desired thickness is achieved.
Step 5: Grill the hot dogs above the coals.
Step 6: Grab a sandwich and place the hot dog on top, then the desired amount of chili and then the grated cheese.
Step 7: Possibly also delicious with a Relish.
