The Hungarian Goulash Soup
The Hungarian - GOULASH SOUP
- 500 grams of ribs
- 1 tbsp flour
- Small can of tomato puree
- 3 Peppers
- 2 onions
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes
- The Hungarian herbs
Step 1 : Cut all vegetables into pieces.
Step 2: Cut the meat into cubes and sprinkle with the flour.
Step 3: Put the oil in the BBQ Pan and fry the meat here, add the tomato puree and the onion.
Step 4 : Add the "The Hungarian" herbs and extinguish with water. Let it simmer for approximately 1½ hour.
Step 5: Add the rest of the vegetables and possibly extra water until everything is covered with moisture.
Step 6: Let it simmer for 30 minutes, and add some more water to the desired thickness.
Step 7: Serve the soup with a delicious baguette.
