Sweet 'n Spicy Beefstew



Step 1: Dust the meat with the flour. (the flour binds the sauce of the stew). Go, Go, Go, Fire up The Q for 'direct' cooking

Step 2: Heat the oil in The Windmill BBQ Pan and fry the meat well in parts. Around dark brown gives the most and tastiest taste.

Step 3: When you have baked all the meat, put everything back in the pan and fry the onions and carrot slices.

Step 4: Prepare your BBQ for 'indirect' cooking at around 100°C.

Step 5: Add the Campfire Beans together with the Szeged Steak Rub. Then add the beer so that the meat is completely covered with moisture.

Step 6: The beefstew is ready after about 4 hours of stewing!

Tip: Delicious with freshly baked bread from the Dutch Oven and a fresh salad.
