Ingredients:
Step 1: Place the chicken thighs on a board and sprinkle with the rub. (12.5 grams per kilo.)
Step 2: Go, Go, Go, Fire Up The Q! Prepare your BBQ for indirect cooking (110°C)
Step 3: Bake the bacon nice and crispy.
Step 4: Place the chicken thighs on the Q until it has reached a core temperature of at least 73°C.
Step 5: Grab a scoop and put the bacon on it, up there on the chicken thigh and a big splash of Sauce!
