Pizza Dough

Pizza dough for approximately 4 medium-sized pizzas


  • 500 grams of 00 flour (or patent flour)
  • 300 ml lukewarm water
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 2 grams of dried instant yeast
  • 5 grams of olive oil (optional)

Step 1: Dissolve the salt in the water.

Step 2: Put the salt water in a bowl and add about 10% of the flour. Mix until the flour has dissolved.

Step 3: Now add the yeast and the rest of the flour and mix everything well. You will automatically notice that the mixing turns into kneading.

Step 4: Knead for about 10 minutes until you have a nice smooth, supple and cohesive dough.

Step 5: Let your dough rise for 1/2 hour to 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 6: After proving, make balls from your dough. (Approximately 220 grams of dough per scoop)

Step 7: Let the balls of dough rise again

  • (With 00 flower 6 hours)

After the ripening time your dough is ready to make pizzas!
