No Rubbish Hot Dog

For 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:

• 4 hot dogs
• Jar No Rubbish Fast & Flavored all purpose
• Tub Eru Prestige cheese spread
• Pack of bacon
• The Rose Garden Roses Are Red BBQ Sauce
• 4 hot dog sandwiches

Step 1: Light the BBQ and let it reach a temperature of 150°C. Arrange the bbq so that you can grill indirectly.

Step 2: Meanwhile, cut the hot dogs over the entire length and spread the Eru Prestige in between.

Step 3: Season the bacon with the rub of No Rubbish.

Step 4: Wrap the bacon around the hot dogs and season with the rub.

Step 5: Place the hot dogs on the BBQ, which is now 150°C and leave them for 15 minutes.

Step 6: Cut open the hot dog sandwiches and place them on the bbq until they are roasted.

Step 7: Spread the hot dog after those 15 minutes with the Rose Garden Roses are Red Sauce of your choice and repeat this after 5 minutes.

Step 8: Remove the hot dogs from the bbq and place them on the sandwiches and enjoy!
