Mexican Nacho Snacks

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs
- 16 tortilla chips
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small bunch of leaf parsley
- 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 pinch of onion powder
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp Crème fraiche
Necessities:
Step 1: Go, Go, Go, Fire up the Q. Prepare your BBQ for indirect cooking (160°C)
Step 2: Squeeze the clove of garlic in the bowl with avocado, red onion and tomato and mix everything into a guacamole. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the bowl. Add the olive oil and mix everything together to make a salsa.
Step 3: Once the BBQ is up to temperature, place the chicken thighs on the BBQ. Cook the chicken thighs until they have reached a core temperature of 72°C and then remove them from the BBQ!
Step 4: Take a large bowl and place the tortilla chips on it.
Step 5: Now spoon a little of the guacamole and the Crème fraîche on each chip with a strip of chicken. Finish the snacks with a little tomato salsa and serve the Mexican Nachos.
