Lillie's Smoked Tri-Tip
Necessities:
- 1kg Tri-Tip / Maminha / Donkey
- Vuur&Rook Cherry Wood Blocks
- Lillie's Q-Rub
- Lillie's Smoky BBQ Sauce
Step 1: Rub the Tri-Tip with the Lillie's Q-Rub, and let it withdraw for 12 hours.
Step 2: Go, Go, Go, Fire Up The Q! Prepare your BBQ for indirect cooking (110°C) and add 2 Fire & Rook Cherry Blocks.
Step 3: Place the Tri-Tip on your BBQ up to a core temperature of 55°C.
Step 4: If your Trip-Tip has reached a core of 55°C, remove it from your BBQ and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Cut the meat into thin slices (against the wire).
Step 6: Serve it with your favorite Lillie's BBQ Sauce!
