Lazy Sunday Afternoon Burgers!
For 4 persons
- 500 grams of minced beef
- 15 grams of Lillie's Q-Rub
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 bottle of Heinz Sweet Relish
- 1 large onion in rings
- 4 hamburger buns / sandwiches
Step 1 : Season the twisted ground beef with the Lillie's Q-Rub
Step 2 : Turn 4 of the same balls, and press them with the hamburger press.
Step 3 : Put the burgers back in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Step 4 : Go, Go, Go Fire Up The Q!
Step 5 : Grill the onion rings and hamburger buns / rolls on a sizzling hot (Cast Iron) grid.
Step 6 : Now grill the burgers hot & fast, and just before they are ready, place the onion rings on top and cover with cheddar cheese.
Step 7 : Top off with a hefty dash of Heinz Sweet Relish.
