Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings
- sunflower oil
- Noskos "The Jerk" Rub
Step 1: Go, Go, Go, Fire up the Q! Prepare your barbecue for indirect barbecue at 175°C.
Step 2: If you have whole chicken wings, cut the flat parts off of the drum sticks. If the wing tips are still attached, cut them off too.
Step 3: Put the chicken wings in a bowl and add enough oil to cover all the wings. Sprinkle generously with the jerk herbs and mix well. The more rub the spicier your jerk chicken wings become.
Step 4: Place the wings on the barbecue away from the heat and let them cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5: When the 20 minutes are over, the wings can briefly over direct fire to make the skin crispy. With a bullet barbecue you can put them above the charcoal, with a ceramic barbecue you will have to remove the platesetter from the barbecue.
Step 6: Let the jerk chicken wings cool for 3-5 minutes and then serve.
Enjoy!
