Jalapeño Cheeseburger
Ingredients:
- 200 gr ground beef per burger
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 100 gr grated aged cheese
- Handful of arugula
- Coleslaw
- Freshly ground black pepper and salt
- 1 nice sandwich
Necessities:
Step 1: Go, Go, Go, Fire up the Q! Light your BBQ and heat it up to a temperature of 200°C-230°C degrees.
Step 2: Place the jalapeño directly on the coals or briquettes and turn them regularly until they are black all around.
Step 3: Put the black roasted jalapeño in a ziplock bag and close it. Leave it on for at least fifteen minutes.
Step 4: Cut the jalapeño in half. Remove the seeds and seeds and cut into pieces.
Step 5: Mix the jalapeño with the grated cheese.
Step 6: Divide the minced meat in parts of 100 grams and make a round disc slightly larger than the ball.
Step 7: Take 2 large spoons of the grated cheese and jalapeño mix and place it on 1 of the minced meat slices.
Step 8: Place an empty meat disc on the filled and press the sides so that you get 1 thick hamburger.
Step 9: Grill the hamburger until it comes loose from the grid and then turn it over.
Step 10: Then sprinkle the grilled side with freshly ground black pepper and coarse salt.
Step 11: Now regularly turn to a core temperature of 70°C.
Step 12: Cut the bun in half and grill the cutting edges briefly.
Step 13: Cover the sandwich with a handful of arugula, the hamburger, the coleslaw and the other half of the bun.
