Grilled pork tenderloin

Ingredients apple / onion compote:
- Lump of butter
- 2 apples
- 2 red onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50ml apple juice
- 10ml apple cider vinegar
- 1el Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp light brown caster sugar
- Pinch of salt
Step 1: Cut the apple and onion into small cubes, and the garlic finely.
Step 2: Place the skillet on the Q and add a knob of butter.
Step 3: Now add the apple onion and garlic.
Step 4: Now add the apple juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt.
Step 5: Stir this gently until a sauce appears and the compote is ready.
Step 1: Place the pork tenderloin on the Q (immediately).
Step 2: Now place the pork tenderloin indirectly on the Q up to a core temperature of 65°C.
Step 3: Remove the pork tenderloin from the Q and wrap it in the aluminum foil to rest (about 10 minutes).
Step 4: Cut the pork tenderloin in medallions and serve with the compote.
