Festival Style Spare Ribs By Smokey Goodness
Ingredients:
- 4 spare ribs
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 8 tbsp Smokey Goodness Pig Powder BBQ Rub
- 1x smokey pig spray (50% apple juice 50% apple cider vinegar) in a plant sprayer
- Smokey Goodness Smokey Finest BBQ Sauce
- Cabbage salad and baguette (optional)
Necessities:
- BBQ with lid
- Screwdriver or blade
- Vuur&Rook Apple or Cherry Chunks
- Vuur&Rook Glaze Brush
Step 1: Remove the ribs with the aid of the screwdriver or a knife.
Step 2 : Lightly rub the ribs with the mustard and place them in the rub, let this withdraw for 1 hour.
Step 3: Light your BBQ and bring it to 110°C, add smoke wood.
Step 4: Place the ribs on top and spray them with the spray every half hour.
