Dollie's Tasty Chicken Sandwich


  • 1 chicken fillet
  • Chicken rub
  • A red bbq sauce of your choice
  • Long thin slices of bacon (4 to 5 slices per chicken fillet)
  • Robust baguette sandwich
  • 1 avocado
  • A pair of natural or cheese nacho chips
  • Dollie Sauce Original


Step 1 : Sprinkle the chicken fillet and massage the Chicken Rub into it with care.

Step 2: Then wrap the chicken fillet with the bacon slices (about 4 slices per chicken fillet) and secure them with a stick.

Step 3: Heat the BBQ to 200°C and place the chicken indirectly on the grid. Let the chicken cook slowly and brush it halfway through the process with a red bbq sauce of your choice (lacquering). Once the chicken has reached a core temperature of at least 73°C, it is nicely tender.

Step 4: Take a nice robust sandwich, cut open and brush the inside with an extra virgin olive oil and briefly grill on direct heat. Make sure the sandwich is not burned because it goes fast!

Step 5: Spread a nice amount of Dollie Sauce Original on the bottom of the sandwich.

Step 6: Cut an avocado in half and place it on the sandwich with a few nacho chips on top.

Step 7: Cut the caramelized chicken fillet into slices of 1 to 2 cm thick and place the slices on top of the nachos on the bun and finish with a nice amount of Dollie Sauce Original.
