Dollie's Chicken Pepper Curry Skewers
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet
- Root
- Green lettuce
- cabbage
- Pineapple
- Black pepper
- Chicken rub
- Dollie Sauce Pepper Curry
Step 1: Cut chicken fillet into cubes of approx. 3x3 cm and sprinkle with the chicken rub. Cut the pineapple into approximately equal sized pieces and sprinkle with some coarse black pepper.
Step 2 : Thread the chicken and pineapple pieces onto the skewers until they are full.
Step 3: Go, Go, Go, Fire Up The Q! Burn your BBQ to 200°C and grill the skewers on a direct fire to sear them close. Then they may indirectly cook to a core of 73°C.
Step 4: Coarsely grate the cabbage and the carrot and mix with the green lettuce. Add a dash of Dollie Sauce Pepper Curry as a dressing and mix in some finely chopped pieces of pineapple.
Step 5: Serve the skewers on a plate with the salad and add a nice amount of Dollie Sauce Pepper Curry.
