Dollie's Autumn Flammküche
Ingredients:
- flammküche soil
- Creme fraiche
- Small forest mushrooms
- Cubes for cooked pumpkin
- Red onion rings
- cubes of bacon / bacon
- Dollie Sauce Original
Necessities:
Step 1: Mix the Creme Fraiche with the Dollie Sauce Original. (50/50)
Step 2: Brush the flammküche soil with this mixture.
Step 3: Now invest the flammküche with cubes of bacon, pre-cooked pumpkin cubes, red onion rings and the small forest mushrooms.
Step 4: Heat the bbq with pizza plate to 200°C.
Step 5 : Bake the flammküche at high temperature on the pizza plate until the bottom is nicely crispy and the ingredients are nicely caramelized.
Step 6: Cut the flammküche into dots and enjoy together with friends and family.
