Crazy Orange Salmon Wrap
Ingredients:
- 150 gr Salmon side on the skin
- Crazy Orange rub
- 1 wrap
- Truffle mayo
- Mini tomatoes
- Shallot
- Red point pepper
- Mushrooms
- Piece of leek
- ½ boiled egg
- Pepper
- salt
- Oil
- 30-50 gr Cream butter
- Cress
Necessities:
Step 1: Place the salmon on the skin on a board, and sprinkle the rub on to your own amount.
Step 2: Cut the mini tomatoes, shallots, red pointed peppers, mushrooms and leeks into small pieces.
Step 3: Go, Go, Go, Fire Up The Q! Prepare your BBQ for direct cooking (115°C)
Step 4: Bake the vegetables in a skillet until they are done.
Step 5: Place the salmon on the Q (immediately) with skin down, for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 6: Remove the salmon from the Q and place it in the skillet with a knob of butter, regularly scoop the butter over the salmon. The salmon is ready when a core temperature of 48°C has been reached.
Step 7: Take a wrap and cover it with truffle mayonnaise. Divide some vegetables with the egg and sauce.
Step 8: Take a piece of salmon and put it back on top with a little cress.
