- Onion (finely chopped)
- Pepper and salt
- 270 gr of black beans
- White beans in tomato sauce
- Garlic powder
- 250-500 ml Barbecue sauce (use more or less to taste)
- 500 gr Minced meat
- Oil for frying.
Step 1: Fry the onion in the oil. Add the minced meat and season with the pepper, salt and garlic powder. Stir well until the minced meat is fried.
Step 2: Then add the black beans and the white beans in tomato sauce and stir into the dish.
Step 3: Finally add the barbecue sauce and let the dish simmer with the lid on the pan for 5 minutes.
Tip: Serve in a tortilla!
