Chicken from the Dutch Oven
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken legs
- 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ sauce
- 1 can of coke
- Olive oil
- LetzQ Award Winning Chicken Rub
Requirements:
- The Windmill Dutch Oven
- Core thermometer
- Joy Stove (as possible heat source)
Step 1: Rub the chicken legs with a little olive oil and put them in the rub.
Step 2: Put your Dutch Oven on the heat source and let it heat up
Step 3: Place the chicken in the Dutch Oven and immediately add the can of cola and the bottle of BBQ sauce.
Step 4: Keep in mind that it does not boil dry, otherwise add water. After about 45 minutes your chicken will be at a core temperature of 72°C.
