Bzzzz Steak Sandwich
- ½ baguette
- 1 bottle of T-Rex Mustard BBQ sauce
- 500 gr diaphragm or inside skirt. May also be a bavette.
- Salt and pepper
- Solid lettuce, Roman or a beautiful curly lettuce
- 2 large beef tomatoes
- 1 red onion
Step 1: Cut the skins and hard pieces of fat from the meat.
Step 2: Marinate the meat for 3 hours in 5 to 6 tablespoons Bzzzz sauce.
Step 3: Go Go Go, Fire up the Q! Light your BBQ by heating it up to around 250°C.
Step 4: Cut the tomato into thin slices.
Step 5: Grill the steak on both sides to the desired core temperature (48°C) in a few minutes.
Step 6: Cut the baguette in half and spread both sides with a little butter. Grill the cutting edge until golden brown.
Step 7: Cut the steak perpendicular to the wire into thin slices and spread the sandwich as follows:
- Paste steak
- A little Bzzzz sauce
Step 8: Cut the baguette into 4 or 5 parts and enjoy yourself.
