BBQ Pizza Knots

For 12 pieces


  • 1 roll of ready-made pizza dough with jar of sauce (Tante Fanny)
  • Grated cheese
  • Noskos Original BBQ Sauce
  • Oregano, dried
  • Chili flakes


Step 1: Go, Go, Go, Fire up the Q! Prepare your barbecue for indirect use with a pizza stone at 225°C.

Step 2: Roll out the dough and mix the jar of sauce with barbecue sauce.

Step 3: Coat the dough with the sauce.

Step 4: Season to taste with grated cheese, oregano and the chili flakes.

Step 5: Fold the piece of dough as an envelope, first close 1/3 of the top.

Step 6: Then the bottom piece of dough is allowed over it.

Step 7: Divide the dough into 12 pieces of 3 cm. Cut each piece from the bottom to the top. Turn the 'legs' out and tie a knot. Push the ends under the knot and push them up to get the right shape.

Step 8: Place the pizza buttons on the pizza stone and bake them golden brown in about 15 minutes.
