Ingredients:
- Spare ribs
- Franky's Pork Prank.
- The Rose Garden Pineapple Jalapeno (for spicy ribs)
- The Rose Garden Roses Are Red (for sweet ribs)
- Butter
- Apple juice
- Agave syrup
- Brown sugar
Requirements:
Step 1: Remove the peritoneum from the spare ribs
Step 2: Place the spare ribs in the Franky's Pork Prank Rub, and leave the rub in for 12 hours
Step 3 : Inject the Ribs between each rib bone with the apple juice.
Step 4: Go, Go, Go, fire up the Q! Prepare your bbq for indirect cooking (110 ° C), and add 2 Fire & Rook cherry chunks
