Fernus Stovetop Pizzaoven Duck Green

Fernus Stovetop pizza oven Charcoal Matted Black has a non-stick coating reminiscent of cast iron.

Perfect for inside on your gas stove or outside on your rocket stove. Fernus is heated up to 350 degrees within 10 minutes, hotter than electric ovens and therefore super efficient. Fernus comes standard with a cordorite pizza stone and a pizza shovel. The stone guarantees a crispy bottom of your pizza.

350 degrees is the best temperature for preparing pizzas, flammkuchen or, for example, naan breads. Within about 3 minutes your dough product will be nicely cooked and crispy and provided with that leopard skin that you know from wood ovens on holiday in Italy.

Highly efficient due to optimal airflow

The patented design ensures even cooking of your product in a very short time. The sloping bottom channels heat from the flames inwards and the rounded shapes ensure even circulation so you don't have to turn your pizza halfway.
