I have never baked a pizza in my life, but that will change this summer. My husband also wants to get started with the book to put variations on the table. It is an inviting book to get started with. It can go in any direction with the tips in this book; from sweet to spicy. You may wonder if that is originally Italian, but in the world in which we now live we would like to use everything that is possible, wherever it comes from, to make a dish that is as tasty as possible for ourselves. This book has all the tools for that.
Clear recipes, a good explanation of the baking utensils to be used and a recipe index at the back. Who is still stopping me?
