Our Butcher BBQ Pork Injection gives you that great, deep pork taste and still retains the moisture. Cooking has proved to be a winner countless times. The Butcher BBQ Pork Injections are the only ones on the market that come with an easy-to-seal container. We've taken science and cooking, combined and made this easy-to-use injection for every cook so that you can make the best pork ever. Mix a 3/4 cup pig injection with two cups of water. Other options are to split the water with different fruit juices, cola or vegetable broth. Use the same system to inject as indicated in the beef injection. Make sure that thicker pieces of meat (such as pork shoulder and pork loin) reach the center of the meat.

Ingredients: hydrolysed vegetable protein (hydrolysed SOY, corn protein, salt), partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed & SOYBEAN oil), monosodium glutamate, sodium phosphate, pork flavour (yeast extract, natural flavours, maltodextrin), xanthan gum.
