The brand new and robust Big Green Egg rEGGulator / Top disk can be adjusted extremely accurately. The rEGGulator is made of durable cast iron and with the cool silicone handle you can easily adjust more or less air supply without burning your fingers. Also useful: a coating has already been applied to the air regulator that prevents rust formation, so you can leave it on the EGG after use.
Big Green Egg already excelled in controlling the temperature very accurately, but after two years of product development, the highest degree of perfection has now been achieved. The new patented air regulator is the successor to the daisy disk and has an ergonomic design, but is also a real improvement in use and durability. If you shut off the supply completely, your EGG is 100% airtight, which means it will go out. Does it start to rain while EGGing? Give the air controller its own rain outfit with the optional Big Green Egg raincap and you will prevent rain from dripping into your EGG.
