It is only 7 centimeters higher than the Big Green Egg Mini but has a much larger cooking surface, comparable to that of the Big Green Egg Small. And that gives you enough space to cook for 4 to 6 people. Directly on the table if you want, because with a height of 50 centimeters, the MiniMax is an ideal EGG table model.
You can prepare great dishes on this ceramic stove. And are you going out? With a weight of 35 kilos you don't have to be a professional weight lifter to take the MiniMax with you. This is no problem in the standard EGG Carrier! The Big Green Egg MiniMax is also regularly used in restaurants.
