The Togorashi BBQ rub was developed with inspiration from Japan, where we spent three weeks cooking in Tokyo on small hibachi grills. The amazing earthiness of deep sea flavors, octopus fried dumplings, thin strips of wagyu Hot&Fast grilled over white hot coals. The sizzle of meat and those tempting Japanese flavors, age-old purity.
Rub the damp surface of the meat and allow the Himalayan sea salt to penetrate. Add more herbs to taste during preparation to create extra umami flavors!
